Fink, Whitten & Associates, LLC is a partnership between Land Planner Elizabeth Fink and Registered Professional Land Surveyor Steven Whitten. Together, Elizabeth and Steven, along with Environmental Planner M. Stark McLaughlin, Senior Cad Tech Bart Ferguson and survey crew and CAD draftsmen Ryan Peters and Brandon Wingate, strive to provide excellent field survey and technical review, effectively reducing project costs to our clients.
